INTERNET BASED TRADING IN DSE

Dhaka stock exchange does not provide internet based trading facility till now (4 pm, 09- Feb-2010 AD).

Some brokers of DSE have established semi-online facility:

GLOBE: http://www.globedse.com/

GQ: http://www.gqsecurities.com/

K: http://www.ksecuritiesbd.com/

GMF: http://www.stockbangladesh.com/gmf/

They use software to take sell-buy orders from their clients through internet. Then they manually submit these orders to DSE's trade-computer.

One of my friends trades in k-securities. He said, he is satisfied with their service. He can submit orders even at off-time, that remains in queue for manual submission by the broker.

Personally I am a client of globe securities. Their service is off now, after experiencing some problems (too heavy interface to handle via internet. It was suitable for LAN-connection). Hope they will repair their software and start again soon. Their online portfolio checking is still active and a nice one. Brokerage is same as conventional trading, 0.50%. Registration for internet trading is free.

I do not have anymore information about other brokers' services.
